A Daring Plan
A young man named Aditya once helped a tiger, a snake, and a goldsmith who were trapped in a well. Grateful for his assistance, the tiger gifted Aditya jewelry. When Aditya brought the jewelry to his friend, the goldsmith, he recognized it as belonging to the king’s younger brother, who had gone missing. Seeking a reward, the goldsmith falsely accused Aditya of harming the prince, leading to Aditya's imprisonment.

Sitting sadly in his jail cell, Aditya remembered the snake’s promise. He called out the snake’s name, and moments later, the snake slithered in. “How are you, my friend? Why are you in jail?” the snake asked.
Aditya recounted the entire story. “Don’t worry, Aditya. I have a plan,” the snake whispered.
The next day, news spread through the palace that the queen had been bitten by a snake. The kingdom’s best doctors were summoned, but the queen remained unconscious. The king announced a reward for anyone who could save her.
Aditya seized the moment and told the soldier outside his cell that he could save the queen. The king immediately summoned him.
“I need to enter the queen’s room alone. No one else can be present; otherwise, the cure won’t work,” he insisted.
The king ordered the guards to allow only Aditya into the room.
Once inside, Aditya whispered the snake’s name. The snake appeared, smiling, and quickly drew the poison from the queen’s body. “Thank you,” Aditya said as the snake disappeared.
A few minutes later, the queen opened her eyes, and the king was overjoyed. “Young man, you may ask for any reward you wish.”
“Your Majesty, I seek no wealth. I only ask that you listen to my story. I did not harm your brother. Please believe me.”
Aditya narrated everything that had transpired, including the promises made by the tiger, the goldsmith, and the snake.
Moved by Aditya’s honesty, the king canceled his jail term and summoned the goldsmith, punishing him for his deceit. As a final gesture, the king gave Aditya a bag of gold for his bravery and integrity.
